Step 0. INTRODUCTION
The I-LIVE-ON Membership System is based on contractually agreeing with a "Member Entity", a Seat Usage quantity for a bundle of I-LIVE-ON Apps and Services, in exchange for an upfront fee paid to I-LIVE-ON CORPORATION (aka "I-LIVE-ON").
I-LIVE-ON will then activate its I-LIVE-ON Membership System for the Member Entity, who then may offer a Benefit to their Members / Users / Customers / Residents (aka "User Members"). The User Member will then directly manage the distribution via shareable 100% discount weblinks (supplied by I-LIVE-ON), which enables their User Members (and Close Family) to order I-LIVE-ON Apps and Services directly from their User Member (and Close Family) Computer and the standard I-LIVE-ON Checkout Cart process (with the 100% discount code applied).
It is a very simple setup process involving three Parties:
Merchant (I-LIVE-ON);
Member Entity; and
User Member (and Close Family) (as selected by Member Entity).

Step 1. AGREEMENT
A. I-LIVE-ON CORPORATION and Member Entity agree the required Seat quantities for each I-LIVE-ON App and Service Offering, as listed on the following example I-LIVE-ON Apps and Services Schedule:

LifeStory Service S (0.05 Yr) (C00 Seats) ($C per Seat)
LifeStory Service S (1 Yr) (D00 Seats) ($D per Seat)
LifeStory Service M (0.05 Yr) (E00 Seats) ($E per Seat)
LifeStory Service M (1 Yr) (F00 Seats) ($F per Seat)
Note 1: User Members will access the above Apps and Services using shareable weblinks (which apply a 100% Discount Code) for each App / Service - which is supplied at the complete discretion, to the User Member, per the Member Entity policies. Only one order email address per App / Service is permitted.
B. Contract signed (using email signature processed) between I-LIVE-ON CORPORATION and Member Entity, which includes an agreed App / Service Schedule similar to the above.
C. Signed contract shall be taken as an invoice signal to Member Entity for payment, and together we move forward to Step 2 Implementation, after payment is received by I-LIVE-ON.

Step 2. IMPLEMENTATION
A. I-LIVEON sets up the relevant 100% Discount Codes inside its infrastructure and supplies the Discount Codes to Member Entity via email, using a shareable weblinks for each App / Service Offering, as per App / Service Schedule.
B. Member Entity updates their internal User Member procedures and notifies User Members of this new offering, with the following being an optional example inserted onto Member Entity webpage below.

The following Apps and Services are now offered to our User Members (and the direct Families of our User Members) as an integral part of our Services.
The Apps and Services enable User Members (or their Family Members) to easily assemble interactive Digital Stories from their existing Computer files.
Creator App produces their Stories (through the self-guided App) for viewing and sharing with Family & Friends using the NowStory Player App.
Additionally, Member Stories can also be shared and displayed as interactive internet Digital Memories through the LifeStory Service. which is designed to operationally last for the long-term.
Members start with the Creator App (which is a Computer App only) downloaded to their Computer, as User Members need the "screen space" so that they can easily access all the relevant files from their Computers to produce their Stories. This is also an important security and privacy feature - as the User Member Stories are not visible on the Internet - unless the User Member later decides to order a LifeStory Service.
Our User Member Apps and Services are offered in partnership between Member Entity and I-LIVE-ON CORPORATION:

We will then provide you with the shareable weblinks so you can order the Apps / Services directly onto your Computer - free of charge.

Step 3. OPERATIONS
A. User Members access the following Apps and Services using shareable weblinks (to be inserted below) allocated per the Seat quantities listed in Step 1 Agreement:
Note 2: Members may access the above Apps and Services (one download / upload only per Member email address per App / Service is permitted) using a unique 100% Discount Code for each App / Service listed (previously distributed to the User Member by Member Entity) on the Service Schedule.
Note 3: Ongoing interfacing with I-LIVE-ON by Member Entity will use the orders[at]i-live-on.com email address, for Operations.
