Q2. How do I convert a Word document (.docx/.docm/.doc) file into a Text (.txt) file?
A2. Our I-LIVE-ON® System will only accept .txt file type for documents. This is for very pragmatic reasons, to enable all written documents to be rendered in the App – for now and for the future. Therefore, this requires our Users to initially convert their .docx/.docm/.doc Word files and save them as .txt text file. Diagram below details how to perform this conversion (refer p.7 of the CREATOR App - User Guide):

Q3. Why won’t my file display in a NowStory Multi-Media Slideshow?
A3. The I-LIVE-ON® System will allow you to store any file in your NowStory. However this does not guarantee that your file can be displayed in a NowStory multi-media slideshow, and is especially true for proprietary formats such as Microsoft docx etc. (refer Q2).
Note: Files can be retrieved from your NowStory ILO file at anytime even if they cannot not be displayed in a NowStory multi-media slideshow. It is recommended that you add files using the supported media formats, which are the most popular ones in use today. If you have a media file that is not supported - then there are many ways to convert it into a format supported by our Player Apps.

Q7. How does our Subscription System work (related to your Checkout Cart)?
A7. If you order an App or a Service, and it is available via a Subscription, then the billing process and management of your billing credit / debit card is handled by our third-party E-commerce vendor (and their affiliates). I-LIVE-ON® does not get access to your card information. Our third-party E-commerce vendor system will also provide your Subscription details by giving you access to your information so that you can self-manage it as you see fit. The screenshots below show you part of the I-LIVE-ON® process that our third-party E-commerce vendor provides to you:

The third-party E-commerce vendor system will then send you an email with the associated One Time Password (OTP), and when applied the screenshot below shows your subscription information, that you can self-manage:

Q8. Is there a User Account available that I can use to manage my Subscriptions?
A8. Yes there is. Just click on User Account and fill in your details. You can then use this User Account instead of the OTP to manage your subscriptions.
